 Today is the 250th Anniversary of the birth of composer Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, in Holborn, on 15 August 1875.
Brought up in Croydon, after a hugely successful career that brought him fame and amazing popularity, he died at the young age of 37, and lies buried in Bandon Hill cemetery, Wallington Find out more, and listen to some of his wonderful music HERE. Comments are closed.
