A fascinating talk has been added to our Events page, and one which will be of huge interest to the past and present students of Sutton High School, their families, friends and descendants, and very many others across the Borough who will be intrigued, touched and more than occasionally amused at Sue James's account of the school's wonderful history and how it grew into its prominent place in what is now the London Borough of Sutton.

Bookings are now being taken.

Our talks are extremely popular, and almost always sell out, so please do act quickly!

Calling all young Explorers! On the weekend 17/18 November Honeywood Museum is launching Explorer Bags, aimed at 6-10 year olds.

The Friends of Honeywood Museum have had bags made specially to help young visitors explore the house. Any children visiting Honeywood can borrow one. Each bag contains a trail around the house which makes sure children are looking at the architecture of the building and at the exhibits!

To complete the trail they will need a magnifying glass, torch and tape measure, which are all provided!

The bag also contains appropriate colouring sheets and pencils and a very special jigsaw of Honeywood. Enough to keep a young enthusiast busy for an hour or two!
